We are NOT responsible for torn bags or leaks that result in wet sleeves - it's our recommendation to double bag sleeves that are placed in coolers on ice as a precaution.

Your Freeze Sleeve should fit snug around the treated area. It's compression is not intended for support, but to hold the sleeve in place providing mobile recovery. If you are in between sizes, it is recommended that you order the larger size to ensure adequate cold therapy with compression.For specific details, refer to the Size Chart and Measurement Guides listed below.
WRIST: Measure circumference of wrist 2 inches above where the hand meets the wrist.
ELBOW: With arm bent at 90 degrees, measure from outer point and around inner crease of elbow.
ANKLE: Measure circumference of ankle from the heel to 2 inches above the bridge of the foot.
SHIN & CALF: Measure circumference of area around the largest portion of the calf.
KNEE: While standing, measure circumference of knee 3 inches above where the knee bends.
HAMSTRING & QUAD: While standing, measure circumference of area around the largest portion of the quad & hamstring.
