To return an item, we request that you first contact us at (800) 394-1271 Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm EST to obtain a Return Authorization # (RA#) and return instructions. Postage costs you incur to return an item are non-refundable. Unauthorized or hand-delivered returns will not be accepted.
